Mark has been practicing over 28 years of experience in complex business insurance claims and coverage issues, arising from General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, E&O and D&O policies. Mark has extensive experience in general liability defense and has litigated insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice and professional liability claims against attorneys, accountants and architects. He has also handled the prosecution and defense of employment discrimination matters, including sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination.
