Jim has over 30 years of experience with a wide variety of complex business insurance and reinsurance claims, including program business, and coverage issues, including General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, E&O, D&O and Fidelity Bonds. He has extensive experience with complex business insurance coverage assignments by a number of domestic and foreign insurers and reinsurers. Since 2008, he has been part of the same insurance coverage law practice which is now Kelly & Curtis, PLLC. Jim has litigated attorney and accountant professional liability claims and insurance coverage disputes. His consulting assignments have included an evaluation of the structure and operations of the claim department of a major personal lines insurer.
