Steve has over forty years of experience in a wide variety of civil litigation and insurance coverage cases representing domestic and foreign insurers, as well as providing coverage opinions, in matters involving pharmaceuticals, benzene, silica, asbestos, lead-based paint poisoning, first and third party commercial and personal lines property insurance, building construction defects, professional liability, business interruption, inland marine insurance, political risk, financial contingency and large loss subrogation.Steve has been a speaker at industry conferences and workshops sponsored by the Loss Executives Association, New York State Association of Independent Adjusters, American Bar Association and in-house educational workshops by various insurers and brokers. He is a former member of the Loss Executives Association; Defense Association of New York; former Advisory Counsel to the New York State Association of Independent Adjusters and former member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Panel. He has also served as an umpire in property insurance appraisal proceedings.
